Hotel regulations

Rooms and suites are rented per day. A day lasts from 3 pm to 12 pm the next day. If the Guest did not specify the length of stay during the booking, it is assumed that it was made for one day. If the Guests wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, they should report it at the Reception no later than 10 am the day of check-out. Reception staff will take into account the request to extend the stay, as long as there are free rooms.

Failure to leave the suite by 12 pm on the check-out day, without reporting it at the Reception, is treated as an extension of the stay for another day. The fee for the additional period of stay will be charged based on the prices in effect on the date of extension.

The Guest may not transfer the room/suite to third parties, even if the period for which he/she has paid the fee for the stay has not expired. People who are not checked-in at H15 Hotel Francuski can stay in the suite as a guest from 7 am to 10 pm. The stay of a person not checked in after 10 pm is tantamount to the guest's consent to pay accommodation of the person not checked in at the full price valid on the day of accommodation. The Reception staff will refuse to accommodate an additional person in a suite with the maximum number of occupants reached.

H15 Hotel Francuski is obliged to ensure: conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the Guest, the safety of the stay, including the safety of keeping information about the Guest in secrecy, professional service in the scope of all provided services, cleaning and performing necessary repairs of devices in the scope agreed with the Guest. In the event of defects that cannot be removed, the hotel will make every effort to change the suite or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.

At the Guest's request, the Reception provides a free luggage storage service; H15 Hotel Francuski may refuse to accept luggage on dates other than the dates of the Guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage.

H15 Hotel Francuski is responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by people using the services to the extent specified in the provisions of the Civil Code. The Guest should notify the Reception about the damage immediately after its discovery. H15 Hotel Francuski liability for loss of or damage to property, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited, if these items are not deposited at the Reception. H15 Palace reserves the right to refuse to deposit the aforementioned items if they may be a security risk or are of excessive value or .

Quiet hours shall be observed in the rooms from 10 pm to 6 am of the following day. The behaviour of Guests and people using the services of H15 Palace should not disturb other people staying in the hotel.

The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of H15 Hotel Francuski, which arose due to his/her fault or the fault of visitors. The Guest is obliged to notify the Reception about the damage immediately after its discovery.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms/suites and public areas. Violation of this prohibition may result in refusal of further services with immediate effect and charging the Guest an additional fee of PLN 1,000 to cover the costs of washing the fabrics, refreshing the suite and excluding it from rental.

H15 Hotel Francuski may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during his/her previous stay, grossly violated these Regulations or otherwise caused a nuisance to other persons using H15 Hotel Francuski services.
