Mikołaj is such a nice gentleman - when we arrived to the beautiful hotel he helped us with luggage and while checking in - offered us a nice glass of welcome bubbles - Mikołaj is a keeper and the service he gave was over the top! He made shire to give us all kind of information about the hotel and krakow city - We felt so welcome - We have never experienced a first class personal service like this - Mikołaj also made sure we got a great table in the restaurant- so we can see and hear the Chopin concert- his personality will forever be remembered - especially my mother was very very pleased for his friendlyness and great personality.

I loved everything about the hotel- the location, the huge bedroom, the comfortable bed, the massive shower in the big bathroom, the quietness, the outstanding breakfast each morning of my trip, the pleasant and very helpful staff.
